Our Story
Sol Flow opened its doors in March 2024 with a simple belief: Pilates is more than exercise—it’s a movement journey that strengthens the body and mind.
Lisa and Janette created the studio as a space for mindful movement, personal growth + genuine connection. Their passion is rooted in their own Pilates journey and naturally expanded into teaching and guiding others. They are both Balanced Body trained and committed to learning, growing and sharing the transformative power of Pilates right here in the Jackson-metro area.
Our Studio
We offer group classes and private sessions using state-of-the-art, Balanced Body equipment. Our reformer classes provide a low impact, full-body workout that incorporates dynamic stretching, biomechanical movement and the type of muscle burn that makes you feel supported and strong. The space is open, friendly, and full of good energy—allowing you to focus on your practice with others looking to improve their physical and mental well-being.

Our team of certified instructors is dedicated to creating a high-quality Pilates experience for every body and every level. We meet you where you are and grow with you! Instructors offer thoughtful guidance to refine your technique, deepen your practice and support your growth. We can't wait to move together.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand life happens and sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your session. To ensure fairness to all clients and keep our schedule running smoothly, we ask that you give a minimum of 4-hours notice. Cancelling with less than a 4-hour notice will result in a $10 fee and there is a no show fee of $20. In case of last-minute instructor illness or emergency, we will make every attempt to find a replacement instructor or notify members of a cancelled class.
PRIVACY POLICY: We only collect the information you choose to give us and require only the minimum amount of personal information that is necessary to fulfill the purpose of your interaction with us. We don't sell it to third parties and we only use it as this Privacy Statement describes.
